MORE ABOUT ME

Holistic, Compassionate Therapy for Anxiety, Self-Confidence, and Social Connection

Are anxiety, low self-confidence, or a lack of clarity about your identity preventing you from living the life you truly want? You’re not alone. Many of us struggle to accept our authentic selves and build meaningful connections with others. Social situations may feel overwhelming, leaving you stressed, unsure of how to act, or worried about judgment. You may even find yourself "blending in" or mirroring others, hiding your true self for fear of not being accepted.

But it doesn’t have to stay that way. Together, we can work to identify what’s holding you back and develop personalized solutions that help you thrive.

My Approach: Active, Collaborative, and Supportive

I’m an “active” therapist, which means I do more than just listen and nod. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation, not a lecture or a one-sided session. While I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, you are the expert on your life. My role is to partner with you, offering insights, strategies, and practical tools tailored to your unique needs.

As someone who has personally navigated life with ADHD and Social Anxiety Disorder, I understand how challenging it can be to manage anxiety and neurodivergence. I may share relevant aspects of my own experiences when it can help you feel seen, understood, and empowered. And because life doesn’t always have to be so serious, I incorporate humor into our sessions when appropriate—because sometimes, laughter is the best medicine.

Experience You Can Trust

I’ve worked across diverse mental health settings, including:

  • Homeless shelters

  • Community centers

  • Private practices

For two years, I led a Social Anxiety Group Therapy Program, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based exercises. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from various backgrounds, including different genders, races, sexual orientations, and cultural identities.

Let’s Work Together

Whether you're seeking to manage anxiety, build self-confidence, or discover your authentic self, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Therapy is a space for you, and my goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped to live the life you deserve.
