what insurances do you accept?

We accept BlueCross BlueShield PPO of Illinois, Aetna and Blue Choice.

how do i pay for therapy if i don’t have insurance you accept?

We accept private pay, as well. The fee for private pay will be $200 for our first (Intake) session, and $180 for the 53-minute sessions we have after that.

You also can use your Out-of-Network benefits that we will provide a superbill for to submit for insurance reimbursement.

what’s your cancellation policy??

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you! So, we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you decide to reschedule, cancel or not show up to a session within 24 hours of the scheduled session then we will need to charge the full fee that is not reimbursable by insurance. The amount of the fee varies depending on how you are paying for sessions (i.e. insurance or private pay).

What is the No Surprises ACT? Am I entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that went into effect in 2022 and applies to uninsured, out of network, and private pay clients. Under this law, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate to give you a clear sense of what your out of pocket costs will be for therapeutic services. We will provide all eligible clients with a Good Faith Estimate. Click below for more information on the GFE:
